At Spool Performance, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that you may need to return a product. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted from the direct purchaser. If you purchased from a retailer other than Spool Performance, please contact them directly.
  • 'New' merchandise may be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days from the date of shipment.
  • 'New' merchandise must be unused and free from installation or mounting damage.
  • Installation or modification of parts waives your right to returns, refunds, or exchanges.

2. Return Authorization

  • All returns require a 'Return Merchandise Authorization' (RMA).
  • To obtain an RMA, contact us at customer_service@spoolperformance.us. Provide your Name, Order Number, Date of Purchase, and Phone Number.
  • Returns without an RMA will not be processed.
  • Returns must be received within 14 days from the issuance of the RMA.

3. Inspection and Processing of Returns

  • A RMA does not guarantee a refund or replacement.
  • All returned items will be inspected for eligibility.
  • Customers must ship returns prepaid. Spool Performance is not responsible for lost shipments.
  • Include a copy of your original invoice and contact information with your return.
  • Eligible returns will be exchanged or refunded less a 25% restocking fee.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled for a full refund minus a 5% merchant fee if cancelled before shipment.
  • Contact us immediately at customer_service@spoolperformance.us to cancel an order.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and are subject to the Returns for Refund or Exchange guidelines.

5. Special Orders

  • Special order or customized items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correct size and application of all parts before installation.

7. Changes to the Return Policy

  • Spool Performance reserves the right to modify this policy. Any changes will be posted on this page.
